Return and Refund Policy – Voguer Bault

At Voguer Bault, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it;

In its original packaging with all tags attached;

Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as order number or invoice).
Please do not return items directly to the shipping address without first contacting our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

Underwear, swimwear, or earrings;

Gift cards or downloadable products;

Clearance or final sale items.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@voguerbault.com with the following information:

Your order number;

The reason for the return;

Photos of the product (if defective or damaged).
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable;

Currency conversion or transaction fees (if applicable) may not be refunded by your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@voguerbault.com
Please include photos and a description of the issue. We will prioritize replacements or full refunds at no extra cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;

As Zericce operates globally, return shipping times and costs may vary depending on your country. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
